The Corderman team managed to secure the win for a second year in a row at the Annual Playworks Corporate Kickball Tournament. The crew joined four other firms to engage in a bit of friendly competition for a great cause.

Construction is complete for Nonantum Capital Partners, a private equity firm. The 18,600 SF buildout at 800 Boylston Street consisted of a new reception area, private offices, a café, conference rooms, and an assortment of open workstations.

Corderman & Company has completed extensive renovations of the Shalin Liu Performance Center in Rockport, MA. The team worked in collaboration with Hacin + Associates, Rockport Music, and a set of skilled trade partners to enhance both patron and performer experience and to uphold the establishment’s standards of class, elegance, and sophistication.

JPMC Malden has earned LEED Gold status, a testament to the firm’s ongoing commitment to building more sustainable spaces. This achievement follows another recent award of LEED Silver for the JPMC Hudson location, also Corderman built.

Construction is officially complete for the new South Station Tower Fitness Center, featuring and interconnecting staircase, state-of-the-art equipment, locker rooms, saunas, and a studio.
