Connecticut-based private real estate investment firm, Wheelock Street Capital, recently opened up a Boston office. Corderman & Company is grateful to have collaborated with the team to support the pre-construction and construction processes of this exciting new buildout at 200 Clarendon Street.

Corderman had the opportunity to collaborate with Wonder on their new Medford location at Station Landing. The revolutionary digital food hall has been expanding their footprint since 2018 and recently moved into the Greater Boston area.

Two Corderman & Company projects have recently been awarded LEED certifications, demonstrating the firm's commitment to supporting clients, the community, and the environment.

Corderman & Company has worked closely with JPMorgan Chase in the past five years, supporting the buildouts of 27 new branches in the Greater Boston Area.

Corderman & Company celebrated Women in Construction Week by reading an inspiring book, Rosie Revere, Engineer, by Andrea Beaty, to the children at the Tynan Elementary School.

Nearly 100 feet above the lobby floor, our team and trade partners completed an array of atrium improvements over at One Financial Center.

The Corderman & Company story at South Station Tower began across the street from the new building, with the stunning buildout of a Leasing Gallery for Hines. This showroom allowed prospective tenants to view a replica of the apartments underway and soon to be for sale in the Tower.

Corderman & Company celebrated Valentine’s Day by handwriting cards for the residents at Compass on the Bay, a memory care and assisted living facility in South Boston.

As 2025 comes to a close, we would like to reflect on a year filled with inspiring stories, successful projects, learning experiences, exciting opportunities, and new connections.

Located in the heart of the Seaport and less than a mile from our office, this 18-story building overlooks the harbor and connects seamlessly to downtown Boston. We’ve proudly built in 11 of its floors for an array of notable clients, most recently involving a five phase project spanning three floors for Gunderson Dettmer.

Corderman & Company has been engaged by Rockport Music to perform renovations to the iconic Shalin Liu Performance Center.

Site visits are essential to understanding the complexities of each project and physically seeing the space adds a new layer of depth that drawings simply can’t encapsulate. We are grateful to our Superintendents who take the time to walk us through their job sites and offer insights and knowledge to each project.

As we wrap up the year, we are excited to announce three new hire who will bring expertise and industry experience to help strengthen the Corderman team. We are looking forward to new opportunities as we enter the new year.
