Corderman & Company recently completed the renovation of Greater Boston Legal Services’ office space in the North End. Construction consisted of a waiting area, elevator lobby, conference rooms, open work areas with workstations, and more!

Corderman & Company continued the firm’s annual tradition, donating back-to-school backpacks and supplies to the Tynan Elementary School in preparation for the new school year to begin.

The Corderman team managed to secure the win for a second year in a row at the Annual Playworks Corporate Kickball Tournament. The crew joined four other firms to engage in a bit of friendly competition for a great cause.

Corderman & Company welcomes Deanna Laptiste to the team as a summer Accounting Intern! Accounting Specialist, Marissa Maurice, will work directly with Deanna to offer mentorship and guidance within the Finance Department during her internship.

Corderman & Company has officially completed The Alley by Craft Food Halls at One Post Office Square! The new food hall, named The Alley, features eight distinct “zones” that offer unique environments and promote movement through the space, communication, and connection.

Corderman & Company welcomes Tim Geiger to the team as the firm’s new Logistics Manager. Tim will be stationed at our company lockup and will support operations, coordination, and material tracking across job sites.

Construction is complete for Nonantum Capital Partners, a private equity firm. The 18,600 SF buildout at 800 Boylston Street consisted of a new reception area, private offices, a café, conference rooms, and an assortment of open workstations.

Corderman & Company has completed extensive renovations of the Shalin Liu Performance Center in Rockport, MA. The team worked in collaboration with Hacin + Associates, Rockport Music, and a set of skilled trade partners to enhance both patron and performer experience and to uphold the establishment’s standards of class, elegance, and sophistication.
