As 2025 comes to a close, we would like to reflect on a year filled with inspiring stories, successful projects, learning experiences, exciting opportunities, and new connections.

Located in the heart of the Seaport and less than a mile from our office, this 18-story building overlooks the harbor and connects seamlessly to downtown Boston. We’ve proudly built in 11 of its floors for an array of notable clients, most recently involving a five phase project spanning three floors for Gunderson Dettmer.

Site visits are essential to understanding the complexities of each project and physically seeing the space adds a new layer of depth that drawings simply can’t encapsulate. We are grateful to our Superintendents who take the time to walk us through their job sites and offer insights and knowledge to each project.

As we wrap up the year, we are excited to announce four new hire who will bring expertise and industry experience to help strengthen the Corderman team. We are looking forward to new opportunities as we enter the new year.

The Usher Syndrome Society hosted their annual Sight, Sound, and Strength fundraiser at Urban Wild in Boston on Giving Tuesday. The night was filled with inspiring storytelling, connection and conversation, and featured musical guest, Mark Erelli, who delivered a captivating performance.

Corderman & Company wrapped up the buildout of the 6th Floor at 501 Boylston St for Nexthink, a global software company. Having previously worked to develop the majority of the floor as a Spec Suite in 2024, Corderman was excited to take part in this successful ending to the space’s story.

Our team wrapped up an exciting new project at One Federal Street: a golf simulator! Building tenants can now take a break from work or decompress at the end of the day using this latest amenity feature.

This past week, the team attended Corderman & Company’s annual Fall Fest. This tradition has created a wonderful opportunity for team members and their families to enjoy delicious food from local vendors, play some lawn games, and catch up with each other outside of work.

Corderman & Company has built a number of roof decks at buildings throughout Boston. In developing their portfolio of roof decks, the firm has gained important insight into how to make the process efficient and produce a beautiful, outdoor space.

The Corderman & Company team enjoyed supporting Special Olympics MA at their annual Cornhole tournament. A group of us gave it our best shot and, although we came up a bit short, we had a ton of fun!

Corderman team members provided insight into the construction industry, offered career guidance to students, and shared stories from their own experiences through a variety of mentorship opportunities throughout Boston and Cambridge.

Corderman & Company continued our partnership with the Tynan Elementary School this year. Our most recent initiative was a back-to-school backpack and supply drive for the students as they head into the next school year.

As summer wraps up and school is back in session, we are highlighting our experience in the academic industry building unique, innovative spaces that support student success and groundbreaking research.

Corderman collaborated with JLL, Gensler, and Rimkus to renovate Rowes Wharf's Health Club. The new space features state-of-the-art equipment, a group fitness studio, private fitness pods, a golf simulator, salt and infrared saunas, upgraded steam rooms, locker rooms, a pool, and lounge.
