Since joining Corderman & Company last September, Bryan has made a significant impact on the firm, bringing his expertise, leadership, and proactive approach to help strengthen and elevate our companywide safety program. In less than a year, he has become an integral resource for our project teams and field staff, reinforcing the standards and practices that help keep safety at the forefront of our operations.

Through his leadership, Bryan has helped advance initiatives that strengthen communication, accountability, and safety awareness across our job sites and project teams. His hands-on approach and consistent presence in the field have helped foster open dialogue around safety, identify opportunities for continued improvement, and ensure our teams have the resources, guidance, and support needed to maintain safe and productive job sites.

At Corderman, safety extends far beyond policies, procedures, and compliance. It is a shared responsibility and an essential part of how we approach every project, from preconstruction through completion. Maintaining that standard requires ongoing education, collaboration, attention to detail, and a willingness to continuously evaluate how we can improve. Bryan has embraced that responsibility from the moment he joined the firm, working alongside our field and project management teams to further embed safety into our day-to-day operations.

Bryan’s promotion reflects both the impact he has already made at Corderman and our continued investment in the growth of our safety program. Most importantly, it reinforces a commitment that remains fundamental to everything we do: creating an environment where our employees, trade partners, clients, and project teams can work safely and everyone returns home safely at the end of each day.

We are grateful for Bryan’s dedication over the past year and excited to see him continue leading these efforts, expanding upon the progress already made, and further strengthening Corderman & Company’s culture of safety in his new role.

Congratulations, Bryan!
