The Usher Syndrome Society is hosting their Annual Sight, Sound, & Strength Fundraiser on Giving Tuesday, December 1st, from 6-9pm at Urban Wild in Charlestown.
The event will feature bowling and games, food and drinks, live music, a short film debut, conversation, and will help to raise critical funds that will directly support PUSH (the Pipeline for Usher Syndrome Research).

Corderman & Company is the founding sponsor of the USH Society. David Corderman has two children who have Usher syndrome, a rare genetic disease that causes combined and progressive deafness and blindness, making this partnership especially meaningful.

In 2023 and 2024, Corderman & Company launched the award-winning Lobby-ing for USH campaign, connecting with buildings in Boston to host the USH Society’s Shine a Light on Usher Syndrome Portrait Exhibit and ultimately helping to raise awareness to make an invisible disease visible and funds to support the development of treatments and a cure.
