Tynan Backpacks
There’s something nostalgic about packing a backpack and preparing for the first day of school. This year, the Corderman & Company team had the opportunity to share in that excitement while preparing backpacks and school supplies for students at Tynan Elementary School.
Each year, our team coordinates a back-to-school backpack drive as part of our ongoing partnership with the Tynan community. The drive is one of several initiatives throughout the year that allow our team to support the school’s students, staff, and families.
Our involvement with Tynan extends well beyond the start of the school year. Over the years, our team has participated in a variety of initiatives, including providing teacher gift cards, assembling winter care packages and holiday gifts, celebrating Women in Construction Week, supporting the school’s annual Fun Day and open house, and donating bikes and helmets to students.
Each initiative gives our team another opportunity to connect with the Tynan community and contribute to a school that has become very special to Corderman & Company.
As we packed backpacks with supplies for the year ahead, our team couldn’t help but reminisce about our own elementary school days and the excitement that came with the start of a new school year.
We’re grateful to continue this tradition and to play a small part in helping students feel prepared and excited for their first day.
We wish the entire Tynan Elementary School community a wonderful start to the new school year and a year filled with learning, creativity, play, and plenty of happy new memories.

Corderman & Company recently completed the renovation of Greater Boston Legal Services’ office space in the North End. Construction consisted of a waiting area, elevator lobby, conference rooms, open work areas with workstations, and more!
