Alejandra Richardi Featured by the NEREJ

Last year, Alejandra Richardi was recognized by the New England Real Estate Journal for her leadership and contributions to the commercial real estate industry, sharing insights into the experiences that have shaped her career, the lessons she has learned along the way, and her advice for women entering the field.

Her perspective centered on a few themes that have remained consistent throughout her career: embracing challenges, continuing to learn, building strong relationships, and leading with trust and empathy. Those same qualities continue to guide her work today and have contributed to an exciting new chapter in her career with her promotion to Estimator at Corderman & Company earlier this year.

As her role has evolved, so too have the tools and technologies shaping the way she approaches construction. In her latest recognition in the NEREJ’s Innovators in CRE feature, Ale reflected on the growing role of artificial intelligence and how Corderman is integrating new technology into the pre-construction process.

“Our firm’s integration of AI has changed how I approach projects. At Corderman & Company, we leverage an AI-powered takeoff tool to accelerate a traditionally manual process. During pre-construction, our visual intelligence program integrates several data capture technologies to better understand existing conditions and fill scope gaps with greater confidence. Embracing AI has allowed our firm to be more proactive, enhance our value engineering process, and streamline communication with project partners.”

Her comments reflect an industry that continues to evolve and the importance of evolving alongside it. From building trust in the field early in her career to embracing emerging technology today, Ale Richardi has continued to approach each new challenge as an opportunity to learn, collaborate, and improve.

We are proud to see Ale recognized once again by the New England Real Estate Journal and look forward to seeing the impact she continues to make at Corderman & Company and throughout the commercial real estate community.
