The Alley at One Post Office Square Officially Completed

Corderman & Company has officially completed The Alley by Craft Food Halls at One Post Office Square! The new food hall, named The Alley, features eight distinct “zones” that offer unique environments and promote movement through the space, communication, and connection. A self-serve beer tap wall, variety of food options, and array of entertainment features support an atmosphere of relaxation and fun. Located in the heart of downtown Boston, this spot offers a convenient place to wind down after a long day of work, reconnect with friends, catch the latest game, or enjoy playing billiards in “The Hideout” or ping pong in “The Heartbeat.”

Corderman & Company has provided construction management services for a number of other projects in One Post Office Square, including an office buildout for Canaccord Genuity, a multi-floor fit-out for Beacon Bank including the installation of an interconnecting staircase, as well as the construction of an elevator between the top two floors of the building. Familiarity with the building as well as the management teams and staff was integral to ensuring a safe and efficient process throughout construction.
