PROJECT OVERVIEW

Silversmith Capital Partners, a growth equity firm with $2 billion of capital under management and founded in 2015 by alumni from Bain Capital and Spectrum Equity, enlisted Corderman & Company to build out its new Boston headquarters at 116 Huntington Avenue in Boston. The new workspace design incorporates Silversmith’s sophisticated brand identity while supporting the critical workflow of a trusted financial organization.

A hallway runs through the middle of the space, a staircase is on the right side with a photo that reads "Change the way you see everything." A grey, brick wall on the left has a traditional Coca-Cola logo.

Unique Project Features:

  • Private offices grace the window-lined exterior and building core, carefully integrating open workstations, large and small conference rooms, and collaboration spaces.

  • Multi-paned glass walls with a cold-rolled steel detail, unpolished concrete floors, exposed ceilings, and reclaimed wood all reflect the unique character of the existing building.

  • The project features a new interconnecting stair, client facing conference/event floor, kitchen, game room, gym/locker room space, and newly renovated roof decks.
