PROJECT OVERVIEW

Boston Financial Management provides wealth management and investment advisory services for individuals, families, endowments, and non-profits. Partnering with Corderman & Company to build out their new office, Boston Financial Management envisioned a nautical-inspired space to complement their views of the Boston Harbor. The project features an office reception, lounge, private offices, conference rooms, open area workspace, and employee café. The reception stands out with a custom-designed desk valued at $20,000.

Glass doors open to the lobby. The logo is on the wall upon entering the space and reads "Boston Financial Management" and has an image of a ship. There is a glass table with an orchid. A women sits behind the wooden desk in front of a blue painting.

Unique Project Features:

  • Private offices grace the window-lined exterior and building core, carefully integrating open workstations, large and small conference rooms, and collaboration spaces.

  • Multi-paned glass walls with a cold-rolled steel detail, unpolished concrete floors, exposed ceilings, and reclaimed wood all reflect the unique character of the existing building.

  • The project features a new interconnecting stair, client facing conference/event floor, kitchen, game room, gym/locker room space, and newly renovated roof decks.
