PROJECT OVERVIEW

eSecLending, a Boston-based financial services firm, secured Corderman & Company to build out its full-floor office at One Boston Place. Construction included new glass-walled interior offices, a new reception area with polished concrete flooring, and a conference center. Additionally, a café and a traders area were both constructed to include exposed-to-deck ceilings as part of eSecLending’s goal to create an attractive, fresh space. The project also had a focus on strengthening acoustics, particularly in the conference and private office environments.
