PROJECT OVERVIEW
Corderman & Company completed a 14,862 SF office buildout for Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP (BAL) at One Beacon Street in Boston. Founded in 1980, BAL is a corporate immigration law firm operating in more than 185 countries.
Visitors enter through a waiting area into a bright, colorful space, where bold wall graphics feature imagery ranging from Boston athletes to destinations around the world. The build includes a large boardroom and a small conference room, along with private offices and open work areas. A large breakroom and café rounds out the space with an island, hightop and table seating, and a ping pong table.
Corderman’s in-house carpentry and trucking crews supported the project alongside BAL, CBRE, RDK Engineers, and our valued trade partners.
