PROJECT OVERVIEW
A family-owned company with a rich history in Massachusetts since 1908, Martignetti Companies has evolved into the leading distributor of wines and spirits in New England. Partnering with Visnick & Caulfield Associates, Corderman & Company constructed Martignetti’s satellite office in Boston’s Back Bay with the intention of bringing to life a design that merges history with modernity. Custom millwork walls, statement light fixtures and leather-wrapped door pulls amplify the high-end feel of this boutique office, which boasts a beautiful reception area, a large boardroom, executive offices, and a state-of-the-art café. The abundance of natural light is propelled by the extensive use of glass throughout the space.
Unique Project Features:
The boardroom, immediately visible upon entry into the office space, was fitted with a custom-built conference table that, with dark stained cherry veneer, polished chrome, and powder coated black metal finishes, serves as an impressive statement piece.
Illuminated by a statement pendant light fixture, a concealed prep counter and shelving were constructed in the café to accommodate Martignetti’s catering needs.
