PROJECT OVERVIEW
Corderman & Company completed a 4,500 SF immersive leasing gallery and sales showroom in partnership with Hines, designed to showcase the future vision of the South Station Tower. The space transforms an empty floor at 711 Atlantic Ave into a refined, fully realized residential environment, allowing prospective tenants and buyers to experience the luxury, craftsmanship, and architectural intent that will define the development’s residential offerings.
The gallery features full-scale residential vignettes, premium finishes, interactive touchscreen displays paired with 3D models, cinematic media elements, and custom architectural installations that simulate the tower’s panoramic city views. Delivered through close collaboration with the client, design teams, and trade partners, the project reflects Corderman’s expertise in executing high-end, design-forward interiors that support leasing, storytelling, and long-term asset positioning.
