Kensington Capital Ventures, a division of the Foxborough-based investment firm, Kensington Capital Holdings, required a new space in downtown Boston. In partnership with JLL and Visnick & Caulfield, Corderman & Company not only delivered on this request, but exceeded our client’s expectations for a truly exceptional build-out.

Corderman & Company completed this upscale renovation over the course of three distinct phases so as not to disrupt the critical operations of this financial services client.

Westfield Capital Management, a financial investment advisor to institutions and wealthy individuals, positioned the design and construction of its new office space design around two key concepts: collaboration and innovation.

ARC/Architectural Resources Cambridge, a longstanding Cambridge-based, nationally recognized architectural, planning and interior design firm, enlisted Corderman & Company to build out its new home in Boston’s accessible and vibrant Back Bay neighborhood.

The build-out of the restaurant, located within the luxurious Ritz Carlton Boston Common hotel, entailed demolition followed by the construction of a new full-service bar and pantry, including all associated plumbing and electrical infrastructure and the installation of a new dumbwaiter.

Partnering with Harvard University’s Faculty of Arts & Sciences Group, Corderman & Company built out faculty office space for the school’s Department of Anthropology located in the Peabody Museum.

Corderman & Company partnered with CBRE, the building manager, and Dyer Brown Architects to design and build two spec suite models that would cater to a range of potential tenants.

Trunk Club, a members-only personal stylist service owned by Nordstrom with locations all over the country, wished to build a Boston ‘Members Clubhouse’ that would service both stylists and high-end clientele.

Stanley Black & Decker, a Fortune 500 American manufacturer of industrial tools, hardware and security products, leased 5,600 SF in the Innovation & Design Building located within Boston’s growing Seaport District.

While many financial services offices are built around an emphasis on privacy, this confidential growth equity firm’s first priority in a new office was its communal and collaborative areas.

Bringing charisma to the office furniture market, AIS required a showroom that would carry this marketable energy throughout the space frequented by visitors and potential clients. The transformative project, incorporating both raw and sustainable materials, consisted of new millwork feature walls, revised conference rooms, and a first-in-the-market flooring system.

Corderman & Company renovated and expanded its Flagship Store at 75 Arlington Street to accommodate the showroom’s exciting growth.

PJA Advertising + Marketing, required a new expansion to its Cambridge office to accommodate the team’s increased growth. With construction taking place in an occupied space, the renovation was split into three strategic phases.
