PROJECT OVERVIEW

JVS Boston is one of the largest and most impactful workforce development organizations in New England. Empowering individuals from diverse communities to find employment and build careers, JVS partners with employers to hire, develop, and retain productive workforces. In order to support the non-profit’s powerful mission, Corderman & Company constructed a multi-functional space that is bright, modern and collaborative. The office spans over three floors and includes an education training center, conference rooms and individual offices.

A transparent, glass partition divides the space. On the left wall there is a clock. The floor is a light blue-green color and there are bright green seats around square tables. The far wall is light green. Constructed by Corderman in Boston.
 

Unique Project Features:

  • A CVS pharmacy mock-up store was constructed for training purposes.

  • Glass partitions helped maximize natural light to create a more welcoming space.

  • Corderman & Company constructed a new bridge area to connect the 75 and 101 Federal Street buildings, which were not initially connected on the 3rd floor.
