PROJECT OVERVIEW
Specializing in traditional and innovative Japanese dishes, Yoki Japanese Restaurant & Bar offers some of the best sushi in the Boston area. Yoki partnered with Corderman & Company to renovate their location at Station Landing in Medford, MA. Construction of this project included selective demolition, non-structural partitions, flooring and paint upgrades, new restroom finishes, installation of ceiling tiles, and new decorative lighting.

Corderman & Company successfully transformed the space by removing existing finishes to install all new finishes in the three existing locker rooms, as well as in select areas throughout the property.
The Ritz-Carlton’s storied Avery Bar is back with a sophisticated new look to match the hotel’s commitment to the highest level of guest experience. The newly designed space creates a sophisticated and suave atmosphere with a floating marble fireplace and soft, warm lighting that embraces you with Ritz-Carlton’s genuine service.

The build-out of the restaurant, located within the luxurious Ritz Carlton Boston Common hotel, entailed demolition followed by the construction of a new full-service bar and pantry, including all associated plumbing and electrical infrastructure and the installation of a new dumbwaiter.
Inspired by Japanese culture, the design of this space provided a unique construction experience that centered on concepts of reinvention and transformation.
Our long-time client, Millennium Partners, enlisted Corderman & Company’s services for a 7,000 SF expansion to its breathtaking luxury health and fitness club located in the heart of downtown Boston.
The restaurant was built with ambiance in mind – dimly-lit and minimalistic to reflect its upscale quality.
