PROJECT OVERVIEW

In partnership with Aman and JLL, Corderman & Company transformed the interior lobbies at 20-21 Custom House Street and 64 Broad Street, located in downtown Boston, along with completing numerous other building enhancements. The new distinctive lobbies create a visual connection between the adjoining buildings. The renovation, in collaboration with architect Dyer Brown, introduces a bright, modern, and serene design aesthetic.

  • The new reception desk is wrapped in a rich caramel color wood which is echoed in the elevator cabs.

  • Textured stainless steel panels offer accents and wayfinding elements, reinforcing the connection between the buildings.
