Rowes Wharf Lobbies

30-40-50 Rowes Wharf, Boston, MA

25,000 SF

Client: JLL

Design: Gensler

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Corderman & Company completed a full transformation of the lobbies at 30, 40 & 50 Rowes Wharf with contemporary architectural finishes to enhance the client’s vision of creative materials.

The color of the new stone, wood, and a custom European carpet helped enhance the design aesthetic in this welcoming new space. The execution of the construction required significant planning to support the mixed-use business operations of Rowes Wharf: residential, corporate, hotel, retail, and public parking.

A front desk made of slabs of wood and stone in a lobby. The walls and floors are also mostly white stone. The elevators and one of the walls are a dark wood. There is an abstract painting with vertical paint strokes behind the desk. Corderman built.

“I have been very impressed with Corderman’s work here at Rowes Wharf. We have been difficult neighbors for you, but you have always gone out of your way to accommodate us. And the workmanship of your finished product is exceptional.
