Corderman & Company was tasked with transforming the full interior lobby, constructing a new exterior entrance, and updating the surrounding streetscape.

In partnership with Aman and JLL, Corderman & Company transformed the interior lobbies at 20-21 Custom House Street and 64 Broad Street.

Located in the heart of Boston, 131 Dartmouth Street is comprised of premier office spaces, high-end retail, and fitness center. Newmark Knight Frank partnered with Corderman & Company to bring their vision of an updated high end lobby to life.

Corderman & Company completed a full transformation of the lobbies at 30, 40 & 50 Rowes Wharf with contemporary architectural finishes to enhance the client’s vision of creative materials.
