Corderman & Company is excited to announce the promotion of Jordan Koliss to Project Manager. In Jordan’s near four years at the firm she has been an invaluable asset supporting numerous projects for notable Boston firms, reinforcing business development efforts, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to a company culture defined by commitment, passion, and storytelling.

A small selection from Jordan’s significantly more extensive project list includes office buildouts for Axon, Northwestern Mutual, Forefront Eyecare, Boston Trust Walden, Fort Point Room - featured in Boston Real Estate Times, Boston Beer Co., and Allen & Overy.

In 2024, Jordan was featured in the NEREJ’s Women in Construction Spotlight. The publication highlights Jordan’s desire to learn, grow, and serve as a mentor to her peers. In her responses, she reflects on her experience as an interior designer and her shift to project management in the construction industry. Jordan consistently seeks knowledge and builds on her experience. She demonstrated her adaptability and strength through managing smaller projects on her own while continuing to assist Project Managers and Principals, refining the tools she would need as she transitioned into the PM role.
