C&Co Superintendents directly manage projects at an array of unique and iconic spaces in Boston and the Greater Boston Area. Each project presents new challenges that drive personal and professional growth.

Our work extends across a variety of sectors, including: Academic, Amenity, Banking, Corporate, Financial, Healthcare, Hospitality, Legal, Lobbies & Building Repositioning, Non-Profit, Residential, Retail, Tech & Science, and Showrooms. Corderman’s project teams’ ability to achieve successful build-outs among this range of industries and clients creates an engaging work environment.

Team & Leadership:

Our Superintendents are trusted leaders, backed by all of the firm’s in-house divisions. Each project is built on open communication and purposeful collaboration. The utilization of technology and software allows the Super to be in constant contact with the entire project team, share updates, acquire support, and managing the many moving parts of a job.

Support & Resources:

Corderman & Company Superintendents will always have a knowledgeable project team backing them, both on and off the job site. Most notably, our Labor, Carpentry, and Trucking teams work side by side with our Superintendent. They assist in promoting site safety, ensure the job site is operating efficiently, and offer the resources needed to manage every job with confidence.

Our Culture:

From our annual winter weekend in Okemo, VT to summer day trips to Provincetown, MA we make time to connect outside of the job site. These moments strengthen our teams and remind us it’s not just about the work we do, it’s about the people we do it with.
