Site Visits - Taking a Tour

Site visits are an important, and incredibly necessary, aspect of the work that we do. In person meetings and job visits are crucial to understanding the complexities of our jobs and to interacting directly with subs and industry partners to solve problems and keep projects running effectively. Visits are also a great way to connect internally as a team and to allow for all team members to understand the magnitude of the projects we are working on and the stories that each of them tell. They offer learning opportunities and are a great way to show off your site and take pride in the work that you do. Job sites are where the action is, you can study the drawings all you want but true knowledge of the job comes from physically being in the space.
