Corderman & Company partnered with Margulies Perruzzi, NV5, and CBRE on the buildout for Gunderson Dettmer, a renowned law firm with a focus in venture capital and emerging companies. The project spanned five phases and incorporated three floors at One Marina Park Drive.

With welcoming reception areas, elegant partner offices, and conference and assembly spaces, this office is thoughtfully designed to support Gunderson’s collaborative, client-focused approach. Furthermore, the firm’s new space features an Italian manufactured Modernus partition that encompasses the conference room, fortifying the blend of elegance and strength the firm embodies and further integrating flexibility into the office.
