Dynatrace at Atlantic Wharf

The Corderman & Company story at Atlantic Wharf continues following the recent completion of a project for Dynatrace, a software company that specializes in the development and utilization of AI-powered observability platforms.

Their new global headquarters spans 25,000 SF on the 11th Floor of 280 Congress Street, part of a larger complex known as Atlantic Wharf. This bold and dynamic workplace is complete with sweeping views of the Seaport District and Boston Harbor.

The space blends open and private offices, versatile conference rooms, and vibrant community areas designed for collaboration. Boston-inspired details including murals and wall graphics, as well as nods to the ‘T’ and other local landmarks bring character into the space and help reinforce its connection to the city.

The space adds to a list of Corderman projects in the building, including: The Fort Point Room, Fitness Center, M&T, Wilmington Trust, Ameriprise, and Brightcove. We look forward to continuing our relationship and story at Atlantic Wharf.
