Corderman & Company recently delivered a new office buildout for Wheelock Street Capital at 200 Clarendon Street, supporting the CT-based, private real estate investment firm’s expansion to Boston.

Set within Boston’s iconic skyline, the new workspace is lined with expansive windows and features a balance of open workstations with private and executive offices, anchored by a large conference room, and reception area. A stunning kitchen and café contribute to an alluring atmosphere and supports a collaborative culture. High-end finishes and precise detailing throughout reflect a modern, well-executed workplace.

This project adds to an impressive resume of Corderman-built spaces at 200 Clarendon Street including, but by no means limited to, Spark Capital, Cybereason, Shift Communications, and Seniorlink.
