Project Considerations: The Neighbors, an Elevated Experience, & a Secure Space
A customized experience. Corderman & Company’s construction process is tailored to each client to encompass and support their mission as a firm. A continuous stream of communication, feedback, and input during the entire process is necessary to produce each individualized office. Ultimately, Corderman works with our partners to craft a space that elevates the experience for our clients and their own network of clientele and office guests.
In addition to an impeccable attention to detail and quality management throughout the build, the Corderman & Company team carefully considers data and document security. The buildout accounts for the implementation of necessary technological infrastructure as well as the integration of private conference rooms and isolated breakout rooms for confidential calls and meetings.
The neighbors. Corderman & Company is no stranger to navigating occupied spaces. With a large majority of our projects taking place in Class A buildings throughout the city of Boston, we frequently encounter jobs that require a heightened sensitivity to adjacent tenants or occupants of the space being built. Along with a necessary attenuation of noise, this element also initiates the need for an increased degree of safety, logistics, and the maintenance of normal operations for companies functioning concurrently with the construction process. Communication with the building team, tenants, and trade partners to mitigate dust, noise, and other hazards is essential to a successful buildout.
