Corderman & Company recently completed the buildout of this 23,000 SF space at 501 Boylston Street for Nexthink , a global software company focused on improving how employees experience technology at work. The result is a modern environment defined by bold color, abundant greenery, and sharp Boston-themed graphics that bring strong personality into the workplace.

The layout features a diverse mix of work settings, from large boardrooms and private offices to an open floor plan supporting a high volume of workstations. A welcoming café with booth style seating and flexible bleacher style seating further encourages collaboration, connection, and everyday productivity.

Originally delivered by Corderman & Company as a Spec Suite in 2024, the construction of the 6th Floor offered a unique opportunity to see the space evolve from a fully demolished floor to a vibrant workplace tailored to Nexthink’s culture and operational needs.
