Sustainability Practices: New LEED Certifications!

Corderman’s commitment to sustainability is coming to fruition with the award of LEED Certifications on two recent buildouts.

This 14,500+ SF Corderman & Company buildout for Canaccord Genuity on the 30th floor of One Post Office Square reflects our dedication to building spaces that responsibly support the environment while positively impacting the people and communities it touches. The space boasts a significant reduction in indoor water use, optimizes energy performance, abided by a construction and demolition waste management program, and utilized low-emitting materials.

JPMC – Hudson is one of over two dozen branches that Corderman has built. This Corderman & Company project reflects a strong commitment to sustainability, enhancing the well-being of staff, customers, and the Hudson community. The team met and exceeded key targets, reducing lighting power, embodied carbon, and water use while minimizing environmental impact.
