Among his most profound achievements includes the completion of a two-year buildout of a Confidential Investment Firm in Boston's Back Bay. With a value of $40 million, this project was well over double the value of any projects previously managed by the firm, as well as the longest in duration.

Equally worth mentioning is his role as Superintendent for The Ritz-Carlton, Boston - Avery Bar, which required extensive coordination to mitigate risk to tenants in a lobby that remained fully operational during construction.
