Safety Week 2026

The Corderman team came together for a company-wide safety meeting during this year’s Construction Safety Week.

Bryan Murray, Corderman & Company Operations Coordinator, kicked off the meeting with a debriefing of OSHA regulations and some real life examples, helping to cultivate awareness and support our team’s safety education.

Matt Hardy from Contractor’s Risk Management utilized data from the past year to provide insight into Corderman’s job site inspections and identify trends. He also provided a comprehensive training on Human and Organizational Performance, stressing the importance of operating on systems that anticipate human error and encourage reporting on mistakes and near misses. This structure supports a culture that learns from weaknesses and collectively strives to create an environment and leadership strategy that promotes accountability, trust, and improvement.

The distribution of a new set of hard hats with built-in tech and safety features further reinforced Corderman’s investment in our employees and their safety.
