David Corderman and Dave MacNeil participated in Harvard’s Careers in Construction Program, sharing insight into their experiences in the construction industry during a panel discussion with students and fellow colleagues. The program offers learning opportunities and guidance to local residents of all ages seeking to pursue a career in construction. The HCCP’s summer program featured seminars and presentations from a number of industry professionals. David and Dave had the opportunity to help fuel the students’ enthusiasm and answer questions. They reflected on their own career development, stories from years of experience, and how they navigated the complexities and opportunities that the construction industry presents.
