99 High Street Office Completed for Goody Clancy

Goody Clancy's logo is displayed on a white wall to the right, above a green couch. A long hallway extends down the left side of the frame and some of the workstations are visible at the design firm's 99 High Street office.

Corderman & Company completed the buildout of Goody Clancy’s 10,000 SF office space at 99 High Street. Goody Clancy is a design firm that primarily works in the education, science, and technology sectors. They strive to empower institutions, integrate sustainable practices, and promote well-being through the spaces they build.

Construction consisted of multiple collaborative areas, conference rooms, telephone booths, private offices, and workstations. Natural light filters through the windows, creating a soft, open atmosphere in which the many office plants can thrive. Goody Clancy’s new home is already filled with sketches, textures, colors, 3D models, and an overflowing sample library, a testament to the space’s ability to successfully support a cohesive design team with a shared mission.

Architectural sketches are pinned up on a wall, with lights gleaming down upon them. They are produced by Goody Clancy, whose new office is located in Downtown Boston at 99 High Street.
Light streams in onto a set of drawings propped up on a table. There are plants to the left and crumpled paper on the floor. The Boston skyline is visible through the window.
