Nonantum Capital Partners Buildout Completed
The Corderman team recently completed a buildout for Nonantum Capital Partners, a prominent private equity firm in Boston, MA. The 18,600 SF fit-out at 800 Boylston Street consisted of private offices, open workstations, a variety of seating areas, stunning conference rooms, a welcoming reception area, and a café.
Corderman & Company collaborated with Boston-based architect, Visnick & Caulfield to turn their design into reality. This partnership extends back nearly to the inception of Corderman in 2002. Over the past two decades, the firms have completed an array of buildouts for notable clients throughout the city including - but by no means limited to - Ara Partners, First American, Dynatrace, eSecLending, Zipcar, BNP Paribas, Westfield Capital Management, UL Wiklund Research + Design, One Financial’s Amenity & Fitness Center, 20 Guest Street’s Spec Suites & Amenity Center, and AlphaSimplex.
