New Project Award: The Malin Seaport

Construction is officially underway for The Malin Seaport, a 20,000 SF hospitality-driven workspace. Located in the center of Boston’s “Innovation District,” this new space is set to support the next generation of startups, tech pioneers, freelancers, and creatives.

Corderman & Company is on site spearheading the management of skilled trade partners in the development of private offices, meeting rooms, desks, workstations, a library, terrace, and reception area.
