Lobby-ing for USH: 10 St. James Ave/75 Arlington Street

Three portraits stand side by side in the lobby of 10 St. James Ave and 75 Arlington Street. The middle one has information about Usher syndrome and the Shine a Light exhibit. The other two are faces with stories.

The Lobby-ing for USH campaign was most recently hosted by 10 St. James Ave/75 Arlington Street. The lobby transformed into an immersive experience, featuring the faces and stories of those living with Usher syndrome - a rare disease that causes combined, progressive deafness and blindness. This was stop #9 on our campaign to raise visibility and awareness for Usher syndrome.

It has been especially meaningful to connect even further with buildings throughout the city and 10 St. James Ave/75 Arlington Street was no exception. Corderman & Company has a longstanding relationship with this building, dating back to the inception of the firm in 2002; our very first job was at 75 Arlington Street! We couldn’t be more grateful to the building team for hosting us in their lobby for this important cause, and we look forward to continuing our partnership.

Portraits line the lobby corridor connecting 10 St. James Ave and 75 Arlington Street. A rug runs along the left of the space, tables and chairs on in the middle and to the right.

This campaign has been in progress since the spring of 2024 and has been continuing to gain momentum. The portraits have also been featured at One Financial Center, One Boston Place, 99 High Street, 501 Boylston Street, Rowes Wharf, One Post Office Square, 100 Federal Street, and 9 Channel Center Street.

Lobby-ing for USH recently earned a national award for marketing through the SMPS’s Marketing Communications Award. We are excited to continue this campaign and raise awareness for Usher syndrome one lobby at a time.
