Supporting the Next Generation of Future Builders at Madison Park Vocational

Thirteen students and two mentors stand together for a photo at Madison Park Vocational School's Future Builders program graduation. They are smiling at the camera, a few of them are holding up peace signs.

We’re proud to share that Corderman & Company Superintendent Rich Daly LEED AP, recently completed an impactful 8-week mentorship through the Future Builders Program at Madison Park Vocational Technical School.

As a mentor, Rich guided a small group of students through weekly sessions focused on construction industry career exploration and building essential skills including communication, teamwork, leadership, and time management.

Congratulations to the students on their graduation from this program and
thank you to AGC MA, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts, & all those helping shape the next generation of builders!

You can also learn more about a previous mentorship that Rich participated in and read about his own personal connection to supporting this school and the students here.
