Lobby-ing for USH: 9 Channel Center Street
The campaign continues! In an effort to increase visibility for Usher syndrome, a rare disease that causes individuals to slowly lose their vision and hearing, Corderman & Company has spearheaded the Lobby-ing for USH campaign. Working in partnership with the Usher Syndrome Society, the campaign centers on the Shine a Light on Usher Syndrome portrait exhibit.
This exhibit features the faces and stories of those with the disease, highlighting their experience with the diagnosis; their goals, dreams, and hardships; and how they live with a disease that will ultimately take two of their senses.
These powerful stories of strength and resilience have now been featured in seven lobbies throughout Boston. The latest location was the lobby of Corderman & Company’s office building at 9 Channel Center Street. Thank you to Berkeley Management for hosting the exhibit and supporting this cause!
