Corderman & Company partnered with Hines and Visnick & Caulfield to construct this 4,500 square-foot immersive showroom that allows prospective tenants to experience the unparalleled luxury that will define the prestigious Ritz-Carlton Residences coming to the highly anticipated South Station Tower. The space is complete with multiple kitchen, bathroom, and living areas featuring premier finishes, including marble countertops and ceramic tile back splashes quarried from Italy. The gallery offers an authentic glimpse into the refined aesthetic of the future living space. Unique elements that make up the gallery include large touchscreen displays which interact with 3D model replicas of the development, enabling virtual exploration.

Following the successful completion of this Leasing Gallery, Corderman was further engaged for the buildout of five distinct spaces within the Tower itself, a testament to successful client partnerships and business development as well as an example of their potential evolution and growth.
