Please join us in congratulating Corderman & Company’s Director of Financial Operations, Caitlin O’Brien, who was named Boston Business Journal's CFO of the Year 2025!

Since joining the firm in 2017, Caitlin has championed Corderman & Company's financial operations, supporting our business, our clients, and our project partners.

Caitlin most recently participated in Wentworth Institute of Technology's Leadership in the Built Environment (LBE) course, offering mentorship and sharing her experiences in the industry. Her dedication to Corderman & Company and the AEC industry as well as her commitment to education, innovation, philanthropy, and excellence has earned her ENR’s Top Young Professional Award in 2022, ConnectCRE’s Women in Real Estate Award in 2024, and this momentous award from the BBJ as CFO of the Year 2025.

Equally impressive is Caitlin’s consistently positive and enthusiastic attitude, which contributes immensely to the culture here at Corderman and makes each day brighter for those that are fortunate enough to work with her.

(And on top of all of that, she is also a Supermom to two – soon to be three – adorable kids!)
