PROJECT OVERVIEW

Corderman & Company completed this upscale renovation over the course of three distinct phases so as not to disrupt the critical operations of this financial services client. The 14,000 SF project transformed the reception area, existing offices, a conference center and three separate kitchens. Through the use of high-end custom wood veneer millwork and selective glass finishes, such as blue architectural back-painted glass, the new office strategically separated private areas from open, communal spaces. 


Unique Project Features:

  • Switch light glass, which turns glass black when a light turns on, was installed to ensure maximum privacy. 

  • Construction of a fitness center included specialty gym rubber flooring and walls to accommodate exercise equipment and free weights, while simultaneously curtailing sound transmission. 

  • Curved millwork office fronts were custom built to create a unique design aesthetic while also separating private offices from communal areas.
